Kashogi models are not required
to sign an exclusive contract, yet must show a comp card
with
Kashogi Management as your agent when
sent to a casting in which Kashogi has informed you.
If your card does not clearly show Kashogi
Management as the agent who represents you at the casting,
stickers will be provided for you to
adhere to the comp card.
In failure to do this, it will result
in immediate removal from website and all casting information
will be
withheld from you thereafter.
The model will not negotiate any fee with
the client or personally contact the client.
Kashogi will be entitled to 20% of the
fee offered to the model for the job.
Kashogi will issue the model a check after
the job is professionally completed and paid by the client.
To be a Kashogi model, and appear on the
website, one must have a comp card and portfolio completed.
No model will be sent to a casting without
these materials.
All Kashogi models must agree to have
their photographs on the website with their measurements
listed.
If currently in an exclusive contract
with another agency, Kashogi is unable to represent you.
In the case that
you would like to enter into an exclusive
contract with an agency during your relationship with
Kashogi
Management, this is permitted.
All Kashogi requires is that you immediately
notify Kashogi Management, so you can be removed from
the
website.
The model must agree to all of the above
information to begin receiving casting information.
